The State Safety Assurance Report provides a documented argument that the State level changes associated with the raised Transition Altitude, as described within the Joint Concept of Operations for Inside and Outside of Controlled Airspace, are acceptably safe, or to highlight where this aim is yet to be met.

This Report, produced by the TA Safety Committee, has been developed in collaboration with all project partners and reflects the findings from project meetings and activities up-to-date. It is a marker in time and provides a valuable opportunity for the project partners to review the safety assurance developed so far and to identify actions required to support further evolution.
