The purpose of this Information Notice (IN) is to notify that the UK CAA has decided to implement the provision of ARA.FCL.215(d) and to set out the conditions to be fulfilled before issuing temporary Part-FCL licence privileges for Ratings or Certificates to applicants where the UK CAA is their Competent Authority.
