Please note that, in the event of UK participation in EASA and mutual recognition of licences and certificates ceasing, some CAA website content and application forms may continue to carry the EASA logo or reference the EU or EASA rather than the UK CAA in the short term. Description:This Information Notice concerns applications for Part-FCL validation of third country ICAO flight crew licences by pilots not engaged in commercial air transport (CAT) operations. Current UK legislation requires that affected pilots should complete the process of licence validation by 25 August 2016, but administrative delays due to failures to amend necessary application forms require adoption of temporary processes using old forms.
