Description:This Exemption will permit the continued use of UK AOC (B) subject to the ANO to operate UK registered balloons, with a valid Certificate of Airworthiness until Regulation (EU) 2018/395 is applicable on 8 April 2019.
Status:Cancelled on 8 October 2019
Review Comment:No longer required as Regulation (EU)2018/395 is now in force and UK AOC(B) is no longer applicable to UK regulations
