Title:UK IMC Rating Skill Test - Examiner's Record
Description:New IMC Rating Examiner's Record form. This form is designed to assist examiners when carrying out IMC Rating Tests and will form a permanent record of each test. It is similar in format to the SPA Skill Test and Proficiency Check Examiner's Record (SRG\1157). (This form can be completed online, printed and submitted as instructed).
In order to avoid unnecessary delay in our processing times we ask that a single copy of this form is submitted to our department. This can be done by post or by email to licenceapplications@caa.co.uk. Please ensure you do not submit more than one copy. If submitting via email there is no need to post the original.
