Description:This SRG1158 ‘MPA Type Rating, Skill Test and Proficiency Check Schedule - Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) is a mandatory element of skill tests and proficiency checks since 20 December 2019.
In order to avoid unnecessary delay in our processing times we ask that a single copy of this form is submitted to our department. This can be done by post or by email to licenceapplications@caa.co.uk. Please ensure you do not submit more than one copy. If submitting via email there is no need to post the original.
