CAP1851: Recognised assistance dogs: Call for evidence

The CAA is committed to improving how we deliver services, please help us by completing a short survey about your experiences today

We are calling for evidence regarding the carriage of assistance dogs by air.

We are seeking evidence to help us understand the issues faced by assistance dog users when travelling by air, as well as those faced by the organisations required by law to facilitate their carriage, namely airlines and airports.

We are also seeking evidence to help establish the principles for a framework that could be designed to recognise assistance dogs.

Submissions to this call for evidence are requested by Friday 10 January 2020.
