The purpose of this Safety Notice is to support the industry understand the impact of restart and recovery activities on their staff and the potential human factors risks they should be aware of and mitigating. As the aviation system continues to recover from the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, it is important to consider the Human Factor related risks associated with these effects. Organisations and individuals should be aware of the factors that can affect human performance.
