Please note that, in the event of the UK leaving the EU without a negotiated agreement, some CAA website content and application forms may continue to carry the EASA logo or reference the EU or EASA rather than the UK CAA in the short term. Description:This is the third wave of research that the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) commissioned Ipsos MORI, an independent research organisation, to conduct in order to develop a deeper understanding of UK consumers’ flying behaviours and their attitudes towards the aviation industry. This independent research, carried out in accordance with the requirements of the international quality standard for market research, will help inform the CAA's work to put consumers' interests at the heart of the way it regulates the aviation market.
