Please note that, in the event of UK participation in EASA and mutual recognition of licences and certificates ceasing, some CAA website content and application forms may continue to carry the EASA logo or reference the EU or EASA rather than the UK CAA in the short term. Title:The Air Navigation Order 2016 and Regulations
Description:This work sets out the current Air Navigation Order and amendments to it made by Air Navigation (Amendment) Orders 2017, 2018 and 2019, as shown in the text of the Order, together with Regulations made under the Order (excluding the Civil Aviation Authority Regulations which are made under section 7 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982), namely:

• The Rules of the Air Regulations;
• The Air Navigation (General) Regulations;
• The Air Navigation (Cosmic Radiation) (Keeping of Records) Regulations;
• The Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations;
• The Permanent Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) Regulations; and
• The Civil Aviation Authority Regulations.

Amendments to the Air Navigation Order are shown as explained in para 1.4 of the foreword.
