A review commissioned in the wake of a 1992 oil platform accident following recommendations by the AAIB and the regional Sheriff. It addresses all aspects of offshore helicopter safety and survival in the context of a seven-phase integrated safety and survival system. Aimed at maximising the prospects of occupants surviving a helicopter accident at sea.
