Title:Flying Display Director Post-Display Feedback Form
Description:This form is for Flying Display Directors to provide CAA with post-event feedback following an Article 162 Flying Display. Within seven days of the display happening, FDDs are required to submit the attached form listing the display items flown on each day of the display, a description of what went well, any lapses and breaches from required standards and any lessons learned.
