Please note that, in the event of UK participation in EASA and mutual recognition of licences and certificates ceasing, some CAA website content and application forms may continue to carry the EASA logo or reference the EU or EASA rather than the UK CAA in the short term. This document updates information previously included in CAP 716 Issue 1, and includes additional guidance, in particular on human factors training, much of which is based on industry experience in implementing human factors and error management programmes since the new requirements were introduced in January 2003.
