The application form for an aeroplane or helicopter AOC (and related checklists) will be sent to you after a successful pre-application meeting. The applicable fee can be found in the document ‘Air Operator and Police Air Operator Certification’ at www.caa.co.uk/ors5. To apply for a Police AOC please use Form SRG 1830. To apply for a balloon AOC please use Form SRG 1310.
