Please note that, in the event of the UK leaving the EU without a negotiated agreement, some CAA website content and application forms may continue to carry the EASA logo or reference the EU or EASA rather than the UK CAA in the short term. Description:Under Regulation 6(5) of the Civil Aviation Authority Regulations 1991 (extract attached at Annex A), any person who has failed any test or examination which must be passed before being granted or exercising the privileges of a personnel licence, may request that the CAA reviews the conduct of the test or examination to determine whether it was properly conducted.

This publication provides guidance on the procedure.
