EU exit

Please note that, in the event of the UK leaving the EU without a negotiated agreement, some CAA website content and application forms may continue to carry the EASA logo or reference the EU or EASA rather than the UK CAA in the short term. These will be updated in due course following the UK’s departure from the EU. In the meantime, the guidance provided and the application forms accessed via the CAA website portal will continue to be valid.

Title:Future economic regulation of Gatwick Airport Ltd: initial consultation
Description:The current regulatory controls on the charges and services that Gatwick Airport Limited (GAL) offers to airlines, and ultimately to consumers, are due to expire on 31 March 2021.

We have therefore launched an initial consultation seeking stakeholders’ views on the process and timetable for reviewing the economic regulation of GAL, and on possible issues to be addressed during this process.

Please note that we have extended the deadline for consultation responses to 28 September 2018.
